GROUP COACHING FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

Coaching groups are held in a 60 minute tele-conference format once a week. Each session includes an educational component and group interaction. Assignments are given to assist in the application of  new learning.

This 8 week coaching program includes the following topics:

• WEEK 6  SECRET WEAPONS (attitude, customer service excellence)
• WEEK 7  CREATING AND STAYING THE COURSE (structure, stress & focus)
• WEEK 8  EXPECTATIONS & PERSISTENCE (making it work over time)
